Old Line’s Bistro now features a distinct burger portion on their new menu that allows guests to build their burger or choose from a savory list of branded patties with names like “Big Larry” and “Game of Thrones.” All burgers are served with a side of fries. Onion rings can be substituted for $2. Our large, half-pound burgers are hand crafted with our own special blend of dry aged, premium brisket and spices, served on our freshly baked potato brioche bun topped with sesame seeds.

“Burgers are one of our most popular menu items,” says Larry Pendleton, managing partner. “Our chef wanted to focus on one thing and do it really well, so we allowed him to build this new menu section based on ingredients he could use that was fresh and high quality, as well as a favorite among bistro patrons.”

If the half pound of beef isn’t enough, add applewood smoked bacon, Italian sausage, grilled shrimp, or even an extra patty. While there are just as many cheese toppings to choose from, including pepper jack, blue cheese, or brie, a recommended combination is the applewood smoked bacon with provolone. You can even finish it off with caramelized onions, avocado or mushrooms. Or all of the above! It’ll pair well with a hoppy IPA.

If the variety of combinations is too overwhelming, just stick with one of the signature burgers named after our favorite shows. (We may have a little too much fun with these). Such as the:
• “Game of Thrones” with prosciutto, brie, and bacon
• “Breaking Bad” with avocado, pepper jack cheese, and seasoned shrimp
• “The Soprano” with fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage, marinara, basil, and tomato
Oh, and there’s also a turkey burger option which can be part of the build your own or substituted for any of the signature burgers. Bon appetit!
