What do you think when you hear Rosé wine? Do you think sweet White Zinfandel? Cheap boxed wine your great-aunt drinks?
Let us introduce you to the wonderful diversity of DRY Rosé —
How is Rosé wine actually made?
Why are some Rosés sweet and others not?
Why does Rosé wine come in so many different shades?
What does it mean when someone says this Rosé is floral, but that one is fruity?
Where do the best Rosé wines come from?
What do I eat with a Rosé wine?
Come answer these questions and many more as we explore the wonderful diversity of Rosé wine with a 4 wine tasting class on Wednesday, May 25th from 7 to 9 PM with Evelyn Belter, CSW, WSET III, IWP.
