Three years ago Chef Kirt Clodfelter was approached by J Lohr vineyards with the opportunity to create a recipe to pair with their Riverstone Chardonnay. This invitation was extended to 50 chefs across the country but Chef Kurt's recipe won the top honors. There is no prize on the line this time, this time is all about the food and the wine and a dining room of happy people.
